Anna'S Sweet Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. blueberries (frozen)
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 egg
Preparation

Set oven at 400\u00b0.
Sprinkle blueberries with a small amount of flour.
Sift all dry ingredients.
Beat egg with a wire whisk; add sugar and beat until smooth.
Add butter and milk and mix well. Add this mixture to the flour mixture.
Fold the flour in, then add the blueberries.
Drop by spoonfuls into a buttered muffin tin and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 12 large muffins or up to 24 small muffins.
