Skillet Beans And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. breakfast sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped onion
    1/3 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. light unsulphured molasses
    1 Tbsp. prepared spicy brown mustard
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 (16 oz.) can black-eyed peas, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans, drained
Preparation
    In large skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
    Discard all but 2 tablespoons fat.
    Add onions and cook, stirring often until tender, about 5 minutes.
    Add ketchup, brown sugar, molasses, mustard and vinegar; mix well.
    Stir in peas and beans, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
