Vinegar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie shell
    3 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/3 tsp. salt
    2 c. boiling water
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until light and lemon colored.
    Sift together the sugar, cornstarch and salt; stir into the beaten egg yolks. Add water gradually.
    Add vinegar.
    Place pan over hot water and cook until mixture thickens.
    Put in pie shell.
