Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped, cooked spinach
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    salt to taste
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    3 egg whites, beaten stiff
Preparation
    Make cream sauce with butter, flour, milk and salt.
    Add cooked spinach when cool.
    Stir in yolks; fold in egg whites. Pour into buttered casserole.
    Place in pan of hot water; bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Nice served with cheese or mushroom sauce. Serves 6.
