Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. molasses
    1 beaten egg
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cream the shortening and sugar, then add molasses and egg.
    Mix well, then add the rest of the ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Roll into balls and roll in sugar.
