Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 lb. chopped beef
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. whole kernel corn
    1 pkg. corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Melt shortening. Add onions and cook slowly until golden brown.
    Add meat; brown, stirring frequently.
    Add salt, pepper, chili powder, tomato soup and corn; mix well.
    Turn into well-greased 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
