Hot Cottage Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. potatoes, boiled, cooled and diced
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    parsley flakes
    1 can chopped pimento
    4 slices bread, cubed
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 c. melted oleo
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all together, except oleo and milk, and season with salt and pepper.
    Place in 3-quart baking dish.
    Pour oleo and milk over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
