Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bag broccoli cuts
1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 small onion
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 soup cans milk
7 oz. Minute rice
Preparation

Melt margarine in large frying pan and saute onions and broccoli and heat until thawed.
Cut cheese over broccoli.
Let it melt and stir everything together.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes until lightly brown.
Let set at least 30 minutes (or longer).
Can be mixed the day before and put in refrigerator and then bake.
