Cranberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. fresh cranberries
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oleo
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Chop cranberries and mix with 1/4 cup sugar.
Set aside.
Mix dry ingredients.
Cut in oleo.
In a separate bowl, beat egg.
Add milk and vanilla.
Stir into dry ingredients just until blended. Fold in cranberries.
Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
