Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. self-rising flour
2 c. plain flour
4 large eggs or 5 small
2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening plus 2 Tbsp. margarine
2 tsp. flavoring
1 c. milk
Preparation

Cream shortenings and sugar. Add eggs. Beat for at least 2 minutes, preferably longer. Then add flavoring. Beat well. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
