Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/3 c. milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, milk and eggs in a bowl, beating until smooth.
    Heat 1/4-inch oil in skillet.
    Pour 1/4 cup batter into funnel.
    Fry for 1 minute.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
