Kay'S Pie Crust And Crumb Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. (about 2 1/3 c.) Crisco
Preparation
    Mix the flour and salt in large mixing bowl; cut Crisco into flour using 2 knives or pastry blender until mixture is uniform and very fine.
    Store in a covered container.
    No refrigeration is needed.
    Makes 7 or 8 cups
