Deluxe Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli
1 can cream of chicken
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. grated carrots
1 Tbsp. grated onion
salt and pepper
3/4 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
2 Tbsp. melted butter

Preparation

Cook broccoli according to directions on pkg. but less a few minutes. Drain broccoli. In mixing bowl combine flour, soup, sour cream, grated onion, carrots, salt and pepper. Stir in broccoli and pour into a buttered 2 quart casserole. Toss buttered stuffing mix and put around the edge of the casserole. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
