Rice Pilaf With Pine Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    1 small clove garlic, finely minced
    1/3 c. pine nuts
    2 1/2 c. chicken or beef broth
    1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    1 medium onion, finely minced
    1 1/4 c. long grain rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    freshly chopped parsley (garnish)
Preparation
    In small heavy saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
    Add onion and garlic; saute until soft, about 5 minutes.
    Add rice and pine nuts.
    Stir until all grains are covered.
    Add broth, salt and pepper.
    Bring to boil over low heat and simmer slowly without lifting lid for 25 minutes.
