French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    6 slices day-old bread
    butter
    syrup
Preparation
    In a shallow bowl, beat together eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon.
    Coat bread on both sides with mixture.
    Cook in buttered frying pan until lightly browned.
    Cookie cutters can be used in fun shapes.
    Syrup (maple) optional.
