Ingredients

3 c. small whole beets, cooked
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 c. beet liquid
1/2 c. light honey
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. ground allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Drain beets; reserve liquid.
Combine all ingredients, except beets.
Heat to boiling.
Add beets and heat through.
Serves 6.
