Chocolate Chip Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (2 sticks) butter
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1 unbaked pie shell (deep dish)
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, melt butter and chips.
    Remove from heat and stir in eggs, sugar, pecans and coconut.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cool before serving.
    (I have found that this is better to cook a day prior to serving.)
