Healthy German Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced green peppers
1/2 tsp. salt
12 oz. ground beef
12 oz. tomato juice
1 tsp. sweetener (optional)
Preparation

Brown meat; drain on paper towel.
Rinse sauerkraut and drain. Add all ingredients together in skillet and mix well.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes over low heat.
