Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. corn
1 c. milk
1 well beaten egg
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. minced onion
3 Tbsp. pimento
butter
Preparation

Heat corn and milk.
Stir in egg.
Stir in cracker crumbs, onion, pimento, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Put in greased casserole.
Sprinkle more cracker crumbs on top and dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
