Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can boned chicken or 1 c. cooked chicken (I usually use 2 cans)
1/2 c. sliced almonds
2 tsp. chopped onions
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 c. crushed potato chips
1 small can pimento
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Mix ingredients, except potato chips and cheese.
Put into greased casserole dish.
Top with grated cheese and potato chips. Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0, until brown.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
