Dill Butter Fish With Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. oleo or butter
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/4 tsp. each dill weed and lemon peel
salt and pepper to taste
8 oz. orange roughy, cod or red snapper
Preparation

Saute mushrooms and onions in butter or oleo in a skillet. Place fish in a baking dish.
Sprinkle with dill weed, lemon peel, salt and pepper.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Pour mushroom mixture over fish.
Makes two servings.
