Chicken A L'Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up or 8 breasts
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. chili sauce
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Dredge chicken in flour, salt and pepper (put into Ziploc bag to blend and coat).
    Brown lightly in oil; remove to casserole dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients in skillet.
    Simmer 3 to 5 minutes.
    Pour over chicken.
    Cover tightly.
    (May be refrigerated at this point until one hour before serving.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
