Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated
1 stick oleo
3 Tbsp. cocoa (heaping)
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cornstarch (mix with water)
1 pie crust, baked
Preparation

Beat
egg yolks; add sugar, cocoa and milk.
Cook until it boils
and begins to thicken.
Take off heat and add cornstarch mixture.
Beat
until
smooth.
Pour
into\tbaked
pie crust. Beat
egg whites and 1/2 cup sugar.
Put on top of pie and brown.
