Basil Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium tomatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices
    1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 c.)
    1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation
    Arrange tomato slices, overlapping in ungreased square baking dish (8 x 8 x 2-inches) or shallow round baking dish.
    Sprinkle with onion.
    Mix margarine, salt, basil and pepper; drizzle over vegetables.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven until tomatoes are hot, 15 to 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
