Red Cabbage And Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    2 to 3 Tbsp. honey (to taste)
    1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    1 medium Golden Delicious apple, cored and chopped
    2 1/2 c. coarsely shredded red cabbage
    2 Tbsp. raisins
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine yogurt, honey and vinegar. Stir until smooth.
    Add apples, cabbage and raisins and mix well. Cover and chill at least 15 minutes.
    Toss again before serving. Drain liquid.
    Use slotted spoon to serve.
    Serves 4.
