Chocolate Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    3 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and cocoa together.
    Add margarine, eggs and milk.
    Then add pecans and vanilla.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. About half way through cooking, place a piece of aluminum foil over pie to prevent crust from getting too brown.
    Make sure pie is dry to touch before removing from oven.
    Makes 1 deep-dish pie.
