Liver Stir-Fried With Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef liver, sliced 1/2-inch thick
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 medium onions, sliced
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    On cutting board, cut liver into 1/4-inch strips.
    On waxed paper, coat liver with flour.
    In 12-inch skillet, over medium-high heat, in hot salad oil, cook liver about 3 minutes or until brown, stirring frequently.
    Add onions and soy sauce. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer about 10 minutes or until onions are tender-crisp and liver is tender, stirring occasionally.
    Makes 4 servings.
