Potato-Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. fresh chives or green onion tops
    1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a large bowl combine all ingredients, except the cheese. Spoon mixture into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Bake uncovered at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake 5 minutes longer until lightly browned.
