Bean And Cheese Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 (6-inch) flour tortillas
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 can no-fat refried beans
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies, drained
    1 1/4 c. (5 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    3 c. lettuce, shredded
    1/2 c. salsa
Preparation
    To soften tortillas, stack and wrap in foil.
    Heat in a 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
    Meanwhile in a medium saucepan, cook the onion in water until tender.
    Do not drain.
    Stir in the refried beans and green chilies; cook and stir until heated through. Spoon about 1/3 cup of the bean mixture onto each tortilla. Sprinkle about 3 tablespoons of the Monterey Jack cheese on top of the bean mixture; roll up tortilla.
    Place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
    Bake loosely covered in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 10 minutes or until heated through.
