Milky Way Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 Milky Way candy bars
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Melt candy bars and 1 stick butter on top of double boiler; set aside.
Add soda to buttermilk.
Cream sugar and remaining butter until thoroughly blended.
Alternately add eggs, flour and buttermilk.
Stir into melted candy bars and butter.
Add pecans. Pour into tube pan and bake 1 hour and 10 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven.
