Mock Chicken Legs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork
1 lb. veal
1 c. flour
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. milk
1 c. crackers, ground
1 onion, diced
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine seasoning salt and flour. Alternate pork and veal on wooden skewer.
Dredge in seasoned flour.
Dip in egg and milk and pepper, and coat with cracker crumbs.
Fry in oil with half the onions.
Put in 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Add 1/4-inch water; cover with 1/2 diced onions.
Cover with foil and bake 1 hour.
Uncover foil and bake 10 minutes more.
