Pinwheel Biscuits With Eggs And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. Bisquick
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 hard-boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 lb. thinly sliced honey ham (deli style)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease a square baking dish.
    Heat butter in saucepan.
    Stir in 2 tablespoons Bisquick, salt and pepper until smooth.
    Stir in 4 cups milk slowly.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thickens.
    Add cheese, eggs and broccoli.
    Spread in baking dish.
