Beef Nacho Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (12 oz.) jar chunky salsa
1 c. sweet corn, thawed and drained
3/4 c. Miracle Whip
1 tsp. chili powder
2 c. crushed tortilla chips
2 c. (8 oz.) Colby or Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown meat; drain.
Stir in salsa, corn, dressing and chili powder.
Layer 1/2 each of meat mix, chips and cheese in a 2-quart dish.
Repeat layers.
Bake 20 minutes.
Top with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.
Makes 6 servings.
