Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
    1 medium red onion, chopped
    1/2 each: red, yellow and green peppers, chopped
    2/3 c. cider vinegar
    1/3 c. oil
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine kraut, onion and peppers.
    Mix vinegar, oil, sugar and water.
    Pour over kraut.
    Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
