Thunderbolt Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. water
2/3 c. sauerkraut, drained, rinsed and chopped
Preparation

Cream oleo and sugar.
Beat eggs, one at a time.
Add vanilla. Sift all dry ingredients and add alternately to cream mixture with water.
Stir in sauerkraut.
Pour in tube or favorite pan, greased and floured.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
