Chicken Rotel Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 bag Doritos (medium plain)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 bag Mozzarella cheese (small)
    1 bag Cheddar cheese or Velveeta (small)
Preparation
    Season and boil chicken.
    Save broth.
    Debone chicken. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix soups, tomatoes, cheeses and deboned chicken.
    Add 3/4 of bag of chips and mix.
    Add about 1 cup broth. You don't want it to be too soupy or too dry.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Crush remaining chips and pour over the top.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 until hot for about 30 to 45 minutes.
