Souffle Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lime jello
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. cold water
1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
salt and pepper
1 c. shredded carrots
1/4 c. drained, finely diced cucumber
1 c. shredded cabbage
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water; add cold water, juice, Miracle Whip, salt and pepper.
Blend.
Put in freezer to quick chill for 15 to 20 minutes until firm around edges.
Whip mixture with beaters until fluffy.
Fold in carrots, cucumber, cabbage and onion.
Refrigerate until firmly set.
