Salsa Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large boneless chicken breast halves
    2 tsp. taco seasoning mix
    1/2 c. salsa
    2 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    Coat chicken with taco seasoning.
    Place in 8-inch square baking dish.
    Cover with wax paper and cover with salsa and microwave on High 5 to 9 minutes, rotating dish once halfway through cooking.
    Sprinkle with cheese and microwave on High 45 to 60 seconds or until cheese melts.
    Serve with sour cream if desired.
    Corn and taco-coated bread sticks make wonderful side dishes.
    Makes 2 servings.
