Egg Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. parsley
    1 lb. sausage, bacon or ham cubes (I use sausage)
    12 eggs
Preparation
    Beat eggs and add other ingredients.
    Melt 1 stick of margarine; put half in a 13 x 9-inch pan and half in the egg mixture.
    Stir together well.
    Pour egg mixture into pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
