Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. yellow summer squash
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. light cream or half and half
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cut squash and combine with celery and onions.
    Boil in 1/4 cup water until half tender.
    Drain and add cream and soup to squash mixture while still hot.
    Toss lightly; do not mash. Grease casserole dish and make alternate layers of squash and crackers.
    Top with a few of crumbs; dot with butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
