Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Make a well
    in
    middle,
    add vanilla, vinegar and oil.
    Then gradually add
    water.
    Pour in 8-inch square pan.\tBake at 375\u00b0 for 20
    to
    30 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes and sift confectioners sugar over top.
