Pastry Hearts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cottage cheese (small curd)
    4 c. flour
    1 lb. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Soften margarine and mix by hand the flour, cottage cheese and vanilla.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Roll out dough on floured surface to 1/4 to 1/2-inch.
    Cut hearts out with cookie cutter and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
