Ingredients

2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Mix milk and oats.
Allow to stand 5 minutes. Add all other ingredients and mix. Cook on hot griddle like regular pancakes. Serve with butter and syrup. Serves 4.
