Caramel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
3 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. sugar *
2 1/2 heaping Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. margarine
baked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

*To caramelize sugar, place 3/4 cup sugar in heavy iron skillet (smallest size).
Stir over medium heat until sugar melts and begins to brown.
Cook to desired color and remove from heat immediately.
