Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 medium sweet potatoes
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 lb. pork sausage
4 apples
few shakes cinnamon

Preparation

Peel and slice sweet potatoes into bottom of baking dish.
Add layer of sausage in patties or slices.
Peel and slice apples over top.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Cover.
Bake one hour at 375\u00b0.
Serves 4.
