Nana'S Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 chopped, peeled apples
1 c. sugar
1 to 2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
dash of salt
2 pie crusts
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
milk
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine lemon juice and apples.
In medium bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
Pour dry ingredients over apples and toss until coated.
Pour mixture into 1 pie crust.
Top with the other pie crust.
Cut slits into top of pie crust.
Dip finger into milk and dab onto the top crust.
Seal crust along edges.
