Ham Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/4 tsp. Creole mustard
2 Tbsp. pimentos, finely chopped and well drained
6 boiled ham slices (6 x 4 x 1/8-inch each)
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well.
Spread mixture evenly on 1 side of each ham slice.
Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
Cover and chill well.
Carefully slice each roll into half-inch pieces.
Serve with toothpicks.
Yields 4 dozen.
