Herbed Rolled Flounder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 flounder fillets
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. tarragon, crumbled
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. low-fat plain yogurt
    1/2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
Preparation
    Lay fillets, smooth side down.
    Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of parsley, tarragon, salt and pepper.
    Roll up each from wide end; secure with a wooden pick.
