Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag Kraft caramels
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 c. melted butter or margarine
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. chopped nuts
    6 oz. bag chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt the caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
    Set aside. Mix the cake mix, butter or margarine and 1/3 cup evaporated milk and place half of the mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 6 minutes.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle with the nuts and chocolate chips.
    Drizzle the caramel mixture on top.
    Pour remaining batter over this mixture and bake 20 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    If batter is too stiff, add a little more milk.
