Cheese Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
1 pt. half and half
2 c. water
1 lb. Velveeta
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. cornstarch, mixed with 1 c. cold water
Preparation

Steam broccoli until tender.
Put half and half and water in top of double boiler.
Add cheese, salt and pepper.
Heat until cheese is melted.
Add cooked, chopped broccoli.
Mix cornstarch and water in small bowl.
Stir into cheese mixture and cook until soup thickens.
Makes 10 (1 cup) servings.
